When I was a child I never understood so many things my parents would do to teach me the values. sometimes I'm not allowed to do somethings, sometimes I'm being grounded for not getting good grades, But we were good kids. We used to respect our parents . We knew that if they say No its No !
But this era of kids are different even because they are being raised in variety of cultures. In spite of the fact, every culture have their own pros and cons, It ultimately affects their society on a larger scale. Doesn't matter which society, culture or religion you belong to, mothers are the same every where:). and even this is true that when we ourselves become parents, we more likely develop a better understanding for our parents too. and yet the cycle goes on. In our times there were no specific days assigned to mothers to express our love and gratitude but these days its in Fashion! I would say Why Not? If there are other days celebrated there is no harm in celebrating a day for moms too and make them feel special:)

My day was celebrate in hani's school ,where all the mothers were invited and there were some performances and yet they made us some crafts and kids were asked to make bracelets for their moms with their moms help. and followed by a pot luck tea party. So we made rainbow cup cakes for this special day and hani helped alot in stirring the batter and filling up the tray. Then there were some adorable performances by the little ones.
Mom is someone who laughs and giggles with us, who tells us a story and rhymes with us.
She is the one who comforts us when we are sick, and kisses our boo boos to make the pain go away. She hugs us when we are terrified and comforts us when we are in pain. Her love is unconditional and yet its never too late to say I love you mama !
Love to all the moms:)
Thanks for stopping by :)
